Yes but homes in my flyover were absolutely dirt cheap until 2020 or so. And naturally despite graduating hs all the way back in 2014 I've don't absolutely nothing in terms of working a good job or saving money so I completely blew the opportunity.
I just want a small little "starter" home nothing extravagant. And here they were often being sold from 40-60k even until 2019. Now you'd never find anything so cheap.
