What I am about to write could be sleazy armchair psychology, projection or bullshit, so call me out on it if its untrue.
/int/ attracts socially anxious people. But people who don't want to commit to full identities on typical social media, yet need to maintain a small element of their identity. hence they choose the flag board. They fret about the representation of their most seminal features, race, religion, nationality, etc because they're sensitive to rejection, and those are the most apparent to others, so they need to ensure those features are popular or accepted. So you get the posting about BxC, relationships, reception by foreigners, national image, etc.
They have an intense need to criminalise the mainstream, with reflexive contrarianism, because that's easier than rationalizing their ostracization by that society or accepting that they're defective. They sense an oracular quality in the free speech here, but are desperate to mold it. They claim to be freethinkers, yet spam the flavour of the month ideological 4chan quirk in every new thread hoping to ingratiate themselves, because they still long to be accepted.
They instinctively attack any divergent poster, because they learned to conform so they can survive IRL. They've internalized shame for any divergent behavior from themselves IRL, so they reflexively attack any carefree or frivolous behavior they see in WebMs/MP4 they see on 4chan. A smiling girl could trigger them. People should essentially be punished for not being as self-suppressing as them. And you get their penchant for complimenting North Korean tier systems.
They attack Twitter, despite the site parroting what they wanted, because they can't stand seeing normies saying what they say. Once you understand their mindset, you stop coming here.
