Today I found out my paternal grandfather was of a dark complexion
And brown eyed. However, all of his offspring are blue eyed and a majority also have some shade od blond hair. Skinwise I am very white.

Is it possible he was a carrier for these aryan genes and they just never manifested on his own body? Grandma was blonde and blue eyed but the split makes little sense. The odda are very low for the offspring to all have blue eyes.

Sounds like brown eyes died in your paternal line along with your grandfather. The gene for blue eyes is recessive, so even brown eyed people can carry it. But blue eyed people can't carry the gene for brown eyes. The same is true for dark and light hair colours. Skin colour is a bit more complex though, since there are a lot more genes involved. Two light skinned parents can produce a darker skinned child

Still, one of his parents must have been carriers as well. Or must have had blue eyes themselves. So am I wrong to conclude the line was fully blue eyed up until a certain point? And the blue eyes gene never vanished instead of being reintroduced by my grandma?
