also the 4% Arab is most likely from the Sicilian side, historically that part of Europe being in constant contact with the Middle East and especially North Africa since ancient times, Sicilians have in general a closer genetic make up to North Africans compared to the North Italians who are closer to the germanic tribes tho not as much, the 1% black is from the arab traces,once again arabs having a massive slave trade road since before they were arab in the first place
