I have been several times in São Paulo and lived a couple of years in Buenos Aires. In general the Argentinian in CABA is very white and as you go into the conurbano (rest of Buenos Aires) they start to become more brown. I found the brownness of São Paulo to be much more consistent in comparison.

Old people barely speak English, let alone German. Younger people are way more fluent in English nowadays. Youll surely get a lot of pussy for being German. I don't know how good of an idea is to immigrate right now, until a few years ago the prices of everything were very low and with a low average European salary you could live as if you were high class (at least in Buenos Aires), now with the attempt to lower inflation everything has increased and there are many things that are even more expensive than in Europe, the salaries have not increased so much in comparison and the rents also went up by a lot.
The good point is that at least the crime rate is actually going down or something

You are ignoring the fact that any Brazilian who knows Portuguese understands everything in Spanish and can speak Portuñol by adapting Portuguese.
