In Jeetlandia there are Jains, a heterodox religious group that takes vegetarianism to the extreme, labelling meat eaters as murderers, they keep other kinds of Hindus and definitely Muslims away from their gated communities. Infact in a mega expensive city like Mumbai, powerful Jain real estate developers build housing developments and cut a deal with the government to only sell to Jain or Upper Caste Hindus by enforcing Residential Welfare bye laws. And then there are ethnolinguistic communities like Malayalis, Tamils, Telugus, North Easterns who impose their own identitarian restrictions, and subidentitarian restrictions as well.
This guy is an Iyer, a Tamil Brahmin, they literally lived in ultra secluded settlements called "agraharams", they have always been in positions of power since fucking Pandyas, they always assumed positions as state bureauscats no matter who was in charge. And now these parasites are in your western nations, good luck dealing with them, no longer my problem.
