The final conclusion is......theyre all good.

There's like floppy kebab and firmer kebab. I don't even know if they have different names. I like the firmer kind best though.

Here(gyros) is actually pork or chicken. I never saw any gyros shop have lamb meat, only pork is guaranteed to be an option and 90% of the time you also get chicken as meat option. Thats it.

because of economic crisis most of the döner in the streets is made of chicken but it is not real döner

I like the greek spice mix best and pork is king and fries are also good. Lebanese shwarma is best, meat, garlic sauce, fries, pickles. döner is worst, bland spices, no fries, and generally very bad meat quality. never had tacos al pastor.

Where do you live? Its available pretty much in every major city along the west coast.

The best one is authentic Turkish-German Döner Kebab as served by 'bab joints in Berlin's Mitte.
The second best is gyros as served in either NYC or Athens.

No Turks here. There are Lebanese here but I haven't seen a Lebanese restaurant. Have seen Afghan restaurants and a few Syrian and Egyptian food trucks but they're far and honestly kinda mid.

I prefer the gyro bread

Tacos are open and fall apart and get messy, kebabs and shwarma use thin flat bread that breaks apart because of all the sauce and juice from the veggies

But gyro bread hits that perfect spot, good meat to bread balance, not too much sauce
