Russia already completed all the missions and selected the decisions to switch from Muscovy to Russia.

Once you make the change you can't undo it unless you do some funny shit with released vassals and then destroying your own nation, release Muscovy cores as vassal, and playing as the Muscovy Vassal.

The gist is that russians "ruskiye" are actually "rosiyani" while Ukrainians are the real "ruskiye" or some shit. I do think Russia had to rename itself long ago. It's only confusing calling it Russia, nobody knows what time period you are talking about. But that's just a pedantic reason, renaming it to moscovy or whatever will make it even worse.

Russia is also reduced to using mopeds and electric scooters to move troops. They've also lost ships to a country with no navy. Did you forget the drone attacks that decimated Russia's long range bomber fleets too? All these are recorded on video and verified by Russian footage taken by civvies or by Western intelligence. Russia appears to be still be standing because the only part that matters, Muscovy is directly controlled by Putin. Notice how it almost collapsed during the Pringles March to Moscow when Putin fled on a plane.
