I don't get where the french get this "rude" or "stuck-up" stigma Americans constantly are crying about.
if the french tell you "non" it means no I can't help you or no I don't know how to help you, Americans apparently interpret this as impoliteness.
OR! they could be genuinely impolite to Americans but polite to nafris idk.
