Nah, never happened to me. The only things I could hear from my neighbours are - loud dog barking, them having loud active sex once (a bit of loud moans and the bed or the couch screeching against the floor loudly) and them fighting screaming something at each other. But I hear just noises, not like I can hear what they scream.
