africans, by and large, are incapable of planning for the future. they are HIGH time preference, instant gratification, no foresight, no concept of maintenance, ...
give them cattle. they won't keep and breed it, they will butcher and eat it right away.
give them tools for agriculture. they will sell them for scrap value.
give them fertile lands. they will not tend to them. the lands will turn into dust.
give them water wells. they will not maintain them. they will sell the parts for scrap value.
give them money. they will not start a business nor invest it. they will not even save it. they will spend it on booze right away.
teach them anything. they will forget it. they will not even show up for class.
most animals have innate behaviors that prepare them for future eventualities.
niggers don't have any of that.
all attempts to uplift them have failed.
trying to help them is pointless. you will only cause more of them.
the humane thing is to leave them alone. non-interference. that is eugenics. allowing selection pressures to apply again to these sub-animals. stop shielding them from reality. just let them starve and die, as they are meant to.
