To nationals? None, ceding your national sovereignty to supranational organization is by and large pure strategic loss in the long run in almost all areas bar big projects. And seeing as those one can be worked out without EU just as well, it's still a loss.

Turkey is both historically manipulated by Britain and is ambitious, so they actually can have many reasons to join.
Ukraine is a country run by increasingly chutzpah-ing traitors and is a test ground for all sorts of social engineering experiments, and so it cannot be considered to have any "wants".
Its population has been thoroughly manipulated to act counterproductive to itself, while its leadership has 0 fucks about EU or anything of the sort. They already stole so much money, the only problem is getting out alive.

There are just too many problems with making proper empires and make them last.
