I only listen to Brazilian music, only watch Brazilian YouTube videos, only watch Brazilian TV programs, gringo books are translated into Portuguese if they are good, and only interact with people who speak Portuguese on the street.

Our culture is, so learning our language provides a huge benefit to anyone who doesn’t speak it natively. Failing to do something that provides significant benefit = dumb

i am getting dumber by the day tbdesu i never used to get shit like that mixed up. I’m forgetting words too. Like I know what meaning I’m looking for what the first letter of the word is but having it on the tip of my tongue and mixing it up with another word. I tried to spell “maybe” as “mabey” the other day.
Genuinely never used to happen. Maybe the years of isolation is finally catching up to me and this is the start of my cognitive decline.
