US blacks are immigrants, as are Gypsies.

The rest are mostly just conquered peoples. Irish travelers are much closers to Dalits than anything on the list (being actually native and not conquered), but they voluntarily distance themselves from society, not the other way around.

The only class that comes close to non-immigrant and dalit are Cagots which you somehow fail to mention.

They could only do a handful of jobs, had to enter the church through the back entrance, had their own cemeteries, had to wear special marks at some point and no one could really tell you why or what actually made them different from the rest
