Yeah, I wouldn't want to do it either. I do however wish I'd tried a bit harder to actually get into an Ivy though. I probably could have gotten in on what they call "legacy", which is basically where the school sees you've had previous family members attend and lowers the standards for your application. The reason being is that more alumni in a family tends to mean more donations. In the end I didn't even apply because I was too lazy to do the application essay.
