ok, something like half of McDonalds' workforce is illegal. Are you really gonna send a cop to every McDonalds in the country to do an ID check on all employees, and shut down almost every branch? People would riot. It's worse at car mechanics, car dealers, gas stations etc you'd wipe out the entire supply chain besides Tesla. If you were to stop and check every trucker for verified US Citizenship as the Unions required the bus companies to do, you wouldn't have any drivers. If you were to force Walmart to fire all their unverified employees, Walmart wouldn't exist or could only be open for a few hours like the DMV is.

Banks are often an extension of the law. They have to report every suspicious transaction. Especially if they can't source the income. They get fined up their asses if they don't. So without an ID and a residence you get nothing. Most certainly not a bank account.

plus they stack 3 or 4 bedrooms with 15 people and pay no property taxes. nothing on any truck they drive is legit so no taxes get collected on their vehicles. They might pay more taxes than non working African-Americans but that is it.

We have laws on the books to prosecute the people behind them (RICO) and could easily get some low-level employee to testify against those businesses with threats of RICO charges.
