OTR? I'm actually studying for CDL right now lel. But I think I'd like to do a local route delivery job so I can be home daily and there seem to be a lot that are Monday to Thursday with 10 hour days which would be comfy. I know it pays less thoughever

No touch freight at least? Do you have another driver with you that sleeps while you drive and trade off with?
I think I'd do OTR for a few years maybe if I'd just got my CDL at 18 but now at 29 I just don't want to have a weird schedule like that. Id likely get very depressed (like I was when I did shift work in a warehouse)

Not really or at least for the company i work for, mostly the cargo gets loaded and unloaded and i just drive

Nope just me

It sometimes becomes soul crushing yes but if you dont mind being on your own just driving lots of hours it could be perfect for you
