There are a lot of Poles in KZ. Also well, living in Poland is just depressing because it's a dying out country. Yes, it's already fairly wealthy but it's just sad to see playgrounds and football pitches empty because there are no children, everyone is self-obsessed and focused only on his life, you cannot make friends with anyone, cannot talk to anyone because no one cares, family life, community life, all of that stopped existing within one generation.
Kazakhstan is also already pretty rich but it still has thriving family and community life, its TFR is growing, women want to have a lot of kids, the society is young and that's beautiful.

Well, do they even speak German or only Russian? If the latter then it's pretty obvious why it's hard to integrate.

I can only speak for Poland though funnily enough, the only "Kazakh" in Poland I knew was an ethnically Russian guy with no Polish heritage whatsoever, simply he had a Polish wife in Kazakhstan and that's how he managed to get the Polish citizenship (they already divorced in Poland so he lived alone). He spoke Polish with heavy Russian accent but was a cool guy overall. He had a nickname "Kazakh" and everyone called him like that despite not being an ethnic Kazakh in any way but I think many Poles aren't even aware that Kazakhs are Mongol-type people because all "Kazakhs" we see in Poland are white Slavs.

It won't be, that's the point. Ethnic Russian birth rates are terribly low and if Russia is already majority-Uzbek and Tajik then it won't be really a viable business partner. And even besides it, Russia's economy isn't in the best shape as they don't produce anything innovative. And with withdrawal from non-renewables across the world, Russia's economy will only suffer more.

Except as you probably noticed, Poles do not participate in the German cultural sphere, don't know anything about contemporary German popculture, because their level of German is very basic and generally quickly forgotten after finishing the school. So while I believe some Kazakhs might learn Russian as a foreign language, still it won't be the same what Kazakhstan is today, where Russian is largely spoken natively so there is just huge demand for Russian culture and entertainment.

first of all, to be seen as a true Kazakh you must have Kazakh lineage and belong to an ulus. An "assimilated" Slav or German doesn't have his own ulus so for this very reason he cannot be a Kazakh. A Kazakh without his ulus is the same like an Indian without a caste.
