Presumably I can tell my job, housemate and family that I've become a troon but I'd have no record of surgery and if I suddenly have huge tits, no Adam's apple and completely removed hair then that would be a problem. If I try to run, then the bank will freeze my account and I'd quickly get in deep shit when they hear a woman's voice on the phone or I try to go into my bank with ID that looks nothing like me.
