I think it's like this:

Women are socialzied to be nice. If they are uncomfortable or not feeling well that day and express it they are demonized, while men are not. Another thing is your entire worth is always tied to your appearance, and after that fertility, and after that you can only be the role of a wife or mother, even if you can work now, it's just for yourself not valued by society.
