that's actually quite an achievement to build such big thatched "walls" with no modern tools
though im not sure what they actually protect them from? if it's about rain, then they should rather build a roof than walls. If that's a fence - the space between the "panels" is way too big, their animals would just flee. Wind? They live in a jungle, trees should be enough for protection from that.
