I didn't feel any different until I was about 35, suddenly I felt old around that age. I'm 37 now, basically a geriatric at this point.

I feel like I haven't changed a bit since turning 30 but I still feel older just because most of my peers have settled down, got married, bought houses and started having kids while I'm still a wageslave incel approaching 40. I also feel that the world itself has changed and left me far, far behind.

33 here, I feel perfectly fine and no different from when I was 26-28
My fear is that is what will happen to me and I will suddenly crumble at 35

I'm trying to do my best though, quit smoking tobacco and cannabis, alcohol only on weekend, good diet and started lifting and swimming again. Hope that's enough.

I feel the same. Everyone moving on with my their lives and I basically just live how I did at 18 right after hs. Aside from my meme degree.
And it's honestly still jarring social media culture and smartphones and all that dominating everything even though that's been a thing for like 15 years at this point. Maybe just because I never really hopped on the social media train with a bunch of friends. But I see how old people feel like they are in a world that feels alien to them now because with so many trends that's how I feel

The best way to fight against aging is to exercise. I lift and jog 3-4 times a week and I don't feel like I've decayed physically over the past 10 years.

Unfortunately that kind of routine maintenance doesn't work on your hair.

I'm 33 and I still feel like I'm mentally 16. My body hasn't started failing me yet, but I expect it to happen before the end of the decade because I eat shit and barely exercise.

I don't know, I was very sick as a kid/teen and I got better afterwards so all things considered: my experience of life is kinda like that Benjamin Button dude from that movie. I haven't really watched that movie, is it any good?

I do but recently I had to become acquainted with the terms 'bunion' and 'osteoarthritis'. Also having to ask, for the first time in my life, "waddyamean this doesn't just heal if I take it easy?".
Anonymous United States No.214024618

I've definitely noticed aches and strains take longer to heal, sometimes weeks. Exercise is still beneficial so long as you don't push yourself too hard.
