What are your hot takes on India?
I'll start:
indian food is C tier, it would immediately become S tier if they started cooking with meat, I'm not asking for beef but at least something more reasonable like chicken for example. Maybe it's a cultural thing? Vegan and vegetarian food and diets aren't a thing in my country, we don't consider something a meal if it doesn't have meat in it.

I like the way they use the spacies and the varieties they have as well as their incorporation of diary products in their authentic cuisine, however using just vegetables is mehhhhh!

Indian food is peasant food, just like the funny European dishes you often like to rag on (i.e. dishes that arose from poverty, like eating shitty cuts or spoiled items because you will starve otherwise).

Same with Indian dishes. Can't afford good quality produce and meat? Just eat veggies/mask the taste with dried plants/get calories from rancid oil and rice. It really has no place in modern times.

If you look up the price of a kilogram of chicken in India relative to other countries you'd find meat there is the most expensive in the world but I'm sure they don't eat meat for religious reasons though and the scarce demand for it is the reason why the price of it is high so people selling it can make a living despite the small number of people buying.

Similar enough to Indian food but often includes beef, chicken, and mutton. It's pretty nice!

Lol what? If you eat at any Indian place, tons of stuff will have meat. Chicken biryani, butter chicken, chicken tikka, tandoori chicken, chicken korma, etc.
I like Indian food a lot because they have the most and the best vegan/vegetarian food, whereas at most places, the best you can do is order something and request that the meat be taken out of it.

Even here, I think it's hard to cook Indian food because a lot of the ingredients can't be found in my local grocery stores, and I haven't bothered to order it from online.
