Mine genocided the Cham people who were a Muslim-Hindu state in southern Vietnam. Not gunna lie but when I read up on what we did do them I legit feel bad for it. So what people did your country genocide or try to genocide?

You could probably consider the American actions against some Amerindian tribes to be genocidal by modern definition. Though some Amerindian tribes also committed 'genocide' against American/Mexican settlers by the same definition.

Ethnic cleansing certainly, Cherokee removal is a pretty textbook case.

Namibian genocide against the Heroro, Namaqua and San peoples
Holocaust against European Jews
Porajmos against Romani (gypsies)
mass killings, deportations, child abductions against (non-Jewish) Poles constituted genocide too
Czechs were treated less harshly but also faced brutal reprisals, however likely only the child abductions that happened there too (afaik) constituted genocide
mass killings of Soviet POWs probably wasn't genocide in the legal sense, but there were definitely genocidal plans against the peoples of the Soviet Union

I do not agree with this list.
There was no genocide in Namibia.
Neither was there a genocide on poles, czechs or any other slavs.
There might have been plans to remove them slavs long term but those were always only thoughts and never policiy.

The second is how do you prove an intention? It's all in the heads and if documented, it will be using a very vague language anyway. If we give the perpetrators a leeway it would be very hard to prove. How many people are still denying Palestinian genocide?

Genocide is a legal term and according its explicit legal definition in the genocide convention this includes the attempt. So it seems like your law degree was done at some shitty distance university because this means a state could be prosecuted in the early stages of a genocide when no one had been killed. For example when a state puts a whole bunch of people in concentration camps and builds the gas chambers, stocks up the gas but no one has been put in them yet. You are wrong dude.
