I feel you. Luckily I have this week off, but otherwise it's very exhausting, just by virtue of getting up early and spending most day at work. You have to really force yourself to do something, exercise, go grocery shopping, cook, whatever.

Depends what your line of work is and what the load is. You can have a pretty dignified and decent existence making cheese or baking bread.
