Those are Moroccans. They have more black admixture than other North Africans. For the most part, a good chunk of North Africans could seamlessly blend in with Southern Europeans. Not all, but most.

not really. Most of the cope that arabs use is they have similar skintone but it's not about tonality rather facial features. None of these people have eruopean phenotypes or really look eruopean and a lot are clearly mixed with black

no really, you are not southern european so everyone to you look the same outside northern europe but northwest africans are completely different from southern europeans genetically, these people would pass as locals among the saharawis of western sahara more than they would pass as local in southern europe
their facial features are completely different from those of italians or greeks
