500g minced meat.
2 large onions.
4 large tomatoes.
4 garlic cloves.
Chili powder.
Salt & pepper.
500g of tomato sauce.
Pasta of your choice (or rice, whatever).
Cook the minced meat on low/medium temp in some oil. Chop up the onion, crush the garlic and mix it into the pan.
Chop the tomatoes, add the spices and mix it all in the pot. Pour the tomato sauce over it and mx. Let it simmer for 20-25 minutes on low heat. Taste and add spice if needed.
Boil the pasta.
Done. I eat that 2-3 times per week.
