Daily reminder. This is all /int/ernational Hungarian clay, the people here well they all should be speaking Hungarian. Now you've seen the /int/ernational extent of Magyarország in ur cunt. Feel the blessing of it.

just because a Hungarian king was also the king in some other states doesn't mean Hungary ever occupied these states
or you could also mark all of the Habsburg domain as Hungarian territory lmao

How does it differ from magical medieval Polish claims about the realm of Boleslaw

>How does it differ from magical medieval Polish claims about the realm of Boleslaw
assuming that the "border on the Danube" as the chronicle describes it (obviously it's rather doubtful) then Bolesław simply annexed Felvidek into Poland, then painting it on the map as Polish territory makes sense

meanwhile most of these territories marked as Hungarian in your map, were never annexed into Hungary, but stayed as legally separate realms on their own, simply ruled by people who also happened to be kings of Hungary at the same time.

Under Louis the Great, Poland and Hungary formed a personal union and nothing more, Poland wasn't annexed into Hungary nor were Hungarian laws applicable here. And truth is Louis' rule in Poland was largely nominal, he didn't even arrive here too often, everything was handled by the local nobility.
