I was speaking to a guy who does tech hiring in germany about it because im having the same issues due to brexit. guy said that a more common way is to work in an easier country to get into (like the netherlands) ans then pivot into germany once you've got right to work in the EU. there's also a jobseekers visa, but you need a fair amount of money in the bank for that before they approve you; I was told I'd have a decent chance of getting approved since bluntly I'm not brown so not sure how much luck you'd have
