Bosno-Croatian is actually stokavian or however its spelled (they probably say stjkvski or some shit) and croats have different dialects too, serb is an offshoot of Bos-Cro tho, similar to how ukrainians and russians speak a fucked up version of Belarusian
I have no idea of czech and slovak

>Serbian, Croatian, and Bosnian are exactly the same thing
>Bulgarian and Macedonian are just different accents of the same thing
>Belarussian and Ukrainian are almost the same thing BUT they're somewhat different than Russian
>Czech and Slovak are almost the same thing

>they're somewhat different
They’re not mutually intelligible with Russian. A Ukrainian would have no issue learning Polish, but it’s going to take a while for a Russian to do the same.

Depends on how much difference you want to put.
Bulgarian, Serbo-Croatian, Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian. Don't know about the differences between Slovak and Czech, but I've heard they're quite different too.

Ukrainian has many words borrowed from Polish.
Anonymous Bulgaria No.214074141
Serbian, Bulgarian, Czech and Russian are real languages. I don't really know about Slovak, possibly it's distinct enough from Czech

And a significant share of russian vocabulary is straight up borrowed from French. So fucking what?

croatian doesnt exist and i say that as a croat
what makes us distinct we have two dialects that are more like separate languages
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kajkavian
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chakavian
standard "formal" croatian is basically serbian and a separate language because of politics

Croatian is everything from Alpine Carniolan (Čabar dialect) to Balkan Torlak (Krašovani dialect) which is a span including 90% of all South Slavic dialects, languages, mental illnesses whatever. We are easily the most linguistically diverse Slavic group.
