I got my GED in the summer (didn’t finish high school) and I’m thinking about doing 3-4 year degree. Your friend prob had multiple degrees already. It’s different when you are starting fresh because everyone in your classes is like 17 or 18

From a social perspective yes (it would be cringe if you joined a frat or some such) but from an educational and financial perspective no, it's definitely not too late.

Depends on the college you go to. You will feel awkward and will stand out, but you are probably a terminally online loser which most kids are. So you'll possibly feel like a freak until you talk to them. First couple years are harder than the latter two. Unless you're a really weird creep, nobody will ultimately give a shit.

No. I'm in my 30's and working on my second degree. Just don't pretend you're 18 and you'll be fine. A lot of morons think they can cruise for chicks in college as if they were younger.

Late for what?
Literally, if you don't do it, you'll be an 35 yo man without a college degree, and if you do, you'll be an 35 yo man with a college degree.
Either way, you'll be 35 yo man.
And obviously not having a college degree is worse than having one.

Yes. There are practically no online college programs here, while in America you have tons of them, and they even competence-based programs. The only thing we have is weekend programs, where you have to spend the tiny amount of time you get off work at school (and you still have to use your PTO for exams).
Also even if you have multiple degrees, it doesn't mean shit here, you can't get your credits accepted unless it's a very similar field.
Anonymous Italy No.214084788
>>214083808 (OP)
depends what are your expectations I guess, you're older and that's a fact but whatever, remember though it might be obvious, time doesn't stop and you don't get it back, so if you want to do it do it now, don't wait or procrastinate.
might just be due to other factors but ever since I turned 30 some years ago it seems like time passes at 4x compared to before, don't waste time
