There is no such thing. All schools do roughly have the same budget. Billionaires send their children to private bording schools in the UK or Switzerland.

the Reykjavík junior college (MR) and the commercial college(Versló), both high scools in reykjavik. now they are not formally for "the elites" but anyone smart goes to either one. they are also rival schools. the schools have their differences. the reykjavik junior college is for those who want to go to med school and also math,physics as well as classical education. its also the oldest high school and is the most traditional. the commercial school on the other hand is more business oriented and has a lavish culture.
