I think he will not touch it/don't let the media report it, but if he ever does that it will be praised as a symbolic gesture of tolerance and peace or something like that. yes Korean democrats hate anything affiliated with Fukushima or Japan in general, but rules don't apply to that guy, he is immune to criticism.
