California here, yes very much, people just steal merchandise from stores all the time, porch piracy is rampant near Christmas. I have had the fuel tanks on both my cars drilled out and spent over $2k on new fuel tanks. They tired to steal my truck like 3 times and just destroyed it in their tard rage because they can’t locate the kill switch I installed.
