Flygande Jacob, when it's made well. There's watery versions that suck. It's supposed to be moist.

Has chicken, banana, cream, bacon, peanuts, chili sauce, Italian salad spice (no idea if that exists in the Anglosphere) and probably some other delicious ingredient I forgot.

that's not a turkish dish because it's also popular in italy under an italian name. You have to be a real Med to like eggplant, I'm put off by its wet, rubbery texture.
