Just watched this documentary
Are all American entrepreneurs literal sociopaths?
Anonymous United States No.214115047 >>214115099 >>214115205
It's less about sociopathy, and more the tech bro culture of being an "innovator" or a "disruptor". They always imagine themselves as like Galileo who says the Earth was round and orbits the Sun while everyone else is the eeeeevil church who thinks the world is flat, when in reality they're just dunning kruger.

>they didn't do nothing they are just a victim of modern culture, American tech CEOs of earlier eras were le good boys

American submission to the false god of money knows no limits.

On some level I get it, like you're doing something few other people are doing and pushing the envelope, but this dude hated safety so much he got vindictive against his own safety staff. Like bro, they're the ones trying to make sure you come back to the surface.

it's not really some dark and mysterious event though

some retarded billionaires funded a shit tier company to see the bottom of the ocean and the company owner was a moron

I didn't say they did "nothing", I outright called them retards.
Anonymous United States No.214115407
We should have safety start ups not ocean start ups

That's the problem with the "disruptor" mindset. It starts out as you vs the establishment, then when people in your own staff start pointing out this won't work it becomes "you're working against me, aren't you?" and so you fire them.
