Not many in all likelihood with the SSA massive lips kinky hair broad noses brachycephalic skulls etc etc. Compare that to the average non-overweight white woman and you'll quickly realize that it definitely is about race.
You can argue that these beauty standards are discriminatory and that they only have certain races as a default for "beauty" and that they're racist bigoted etc, but that still doesn't change those beauty standards. Either you fit them and are attractive or you don't and look like shit.
