Only in a post-nuclear hellscape.

Egypt arguably lost true pharonism (which I assume is rule by Pharaohs?) right after the Alexandrian conquest in the 4th century BCE—they never had an indigenous ethnic Egyptian on the throne again. First Greeks, then Romans, then eventually the Arabized Albanians anointed by the Turks to serve as their final royal house.

Hereditary monarchy is indefensible in any case, but it would be an unusually absurd cosplay in Egypt’s case. The culture that spawned the Pharaohs has been extinct for literal millennia.

the pyramids are just as ancient to cleopatra as cleopatra is to us now
it's so incredibly far removed from current egypt that it is not possible at all, the pyramids surviving even in their limestoneless state is a miracle in and of itself

>Hereditary monarchy is indefensible in any case
People were completely fine with it for 6000 years but lo and behold, it's completely indefensible because some Enlightenment experts said so o algo.

People have been “fine with” a lot of things in history that humankind has since wised up and outgrown.

If you sincerely believe that the miscellaneous noble families that are still scattered around Europe in bits and pieces are actually in possession of some
inherited supernatural qualities that make them better than you are, and naturally entitled to be your masters, rather than just richer than you are and the distant descendants of successful local warlords, there’s nothing I could say to change your mind. I wish you all the best in resurrecting the Hohenzollerns.
