DACH was covered, but it wasn't published. Germany initially had pictures from ~2006/07.
Then German politicians had a freakout and told them to shut-it-down.
Ultimately the solution was that you could demand from Google to blur your house, which is like a Mark-of-the-Retard at this point.
Street View functionality is also extremely limited in Germany - we can't jump back in time to older imagery like the rest of the world -, and they didn't retake the 2006/07 images until shortly before Corona.

We also have Yandex maps view. It's more fresh than google ones, but it doesn't show the general roads, usually only some streets in cities and towns.
