that designated hometown part is literally a 'make space' method to force those 'workers' to naturalize and assimilate with locals because they are literally comes from the opposite end of the world with different culture. you'll never see the same thing happened with southeast asian workers or student who lived in there because most sea workers/student worked with contract and get back home after their contract was finished. this one though, with african workers and making space in rural town, it was crystal clear that it was designed for multi generational, permanent residence thing instead of temporary housing for those 'workers'
