PCA doesn't show what you think it shows. These clusters could be very close to each other in actuality to the point of negligible differences, but you couldn't tell unless you had other unrelated datapoints. PCA, t-SNE, UMAP, etc. try to drag everything apart for the purpose of visualisation and dimensionality reduction. Everything in there is from Italy or Greece. You need some other neighbouring countries.
