if he is fine turning it on whenever you're at home, you should be fine turning it on whenever he is at home. that, or you should talk to him and come to an understanding because he's clearly not thinking about you at all when you're clearing out of the house for him. just remember you're 50% of the rent, you should have at least 50% of the say for house rules
