We do it too and desu I also think it's inefficient. Since I've moved out I've been portioning meals onto 1-2 dishes/bowls.

I was just there for work and no they are not fat at all for the most part, BUT, there are some fat pig girls around that are under 25 for some reason. That's the only fat demographic I saw. Been back in the US a couple days and it's shocking how fat people are here. It's totally retarded because almost any woman is like 6/10 just for being not fat and they still can't manage it.
