This woman is Hungarian. But she looks Romanian because she looks rather Serbian. Well you know people moved around a lot and there were no passports, citizenships, national identities up until the 19th century. Besides that in OP Mila Kunis is Jewish-Romanian. She's from Cernowitze (Cernăuți) that used to be a Romanian town.
