In all countries in the world there are PRIVATE universities that will allow even a double digit IQ mong to get a PhD in rocket science so long as he has enough cash. In some countries the time you spent studying counts for citizenship + usually when you graduate on student visa you are still allowed to stay in the country and look for work within a certain period of time, thus foreign unis serve as a jumping bridge to the life in 1st world

absolutely not, the two biggest schools for Indian immigrants are Conestoga College and Cape Breton University, both third rate schools that literally no one has ever heard of until public knowledge of Indian immigration scams made their diplomas completely worthless

Maybe the visa based immigration system devised in the 20th century doesn't hold up to modern standards and behaviours and it's arguable it didn't even back when it was introduced and that the whole thing is a joke based on just declining people and reducing attempts at crossing borders but was co-opted by cheap labour by normies and ah... well..

The entire visa, skilled worker, points system blah blah was just xenophobic ballihoo from the start with the goal of reducing migration by setting up legalistic humiliation ritual roadblocks that required a lot of money and bureucrat asskissing to bypass with this false promise of "skilled workers only"
