Some people in Korea think that the cultural power of Korea is surpassing that of Japan. But I think it's not true at all. There are tons of songs that romanticize Japanese cities while Seoul might be placed on the list of muh 'literal where?' in their brain circuits. And Seoul looks literal shithole compared to Tokyo, in my opinion.
