Eastern Europeans are not kind, they are surly and prone to outbursts of anger. Russia especially is pretty much an entire society of psychopaths because life is nearly impossible there. Except for the Czechs, they are close to western european standards of behavior.

It's funny since northern Serbia is home to Serbian mafia and the former AH town of Zemun is the main HQ of it. I'm not sure why, maybe because people from there tend to go to Austria/Germany more often and that's where they commit most crime.
