Kyrgyz traditional food is different ways of preparing dough with meat or just meat or just dough, as well as milk and fermented milk products.

so when you go for a kebab in Bishkek will it be just the same turkish-style doner like anywhere in Europe or you have something specific for Kyrgyzstan?

Does it really matter? Every kebab shop here is run by pakis and kurds here. Never seen a turk. And even then theres good and bad ones. I wouldnt autimatically assume a shop sucks because the owner is bengali. No im not bengali or whatelse

>Bengalis
Rather them than middle eastern orcs.

i don't know how you could eat Indian food or food cooked by Indians if you know about the DESIGNATED shitting streets
Anonymous Poland No.214181738
It's weird because we have so many Bengalis or even Indians running regular Turkish-style kebab shops but actual Indian cuisine is very rare outside big cities. I think these guys should try set up their independent business with their actual home cuisine rather than preparing food at request of the Kurdish owner of the restaurant that is as foreign to them as it is to me.

We mainly eat shawarma, we also have kebabs, but they are not so common. There are different types of shawarma, for example Naryn shawarma, named after the Naryn region, it usually has a lot of meat and is large in size

They are very cool guys mostly, I even impressed one of them with my /int/ knowledge about Bangladesh (thanks, green Japan guy) and he served me a big kebab for the price of a normal one. He also told me he would love to marry a Polish girl and he would work hard to save a lot of money to start a new life with her. Good luck, bro.

Kebab in Brazil was originally called Greek Barbecue and made with regular French bread.
I'm going to Poland to open a Greek Barbecue stand.
