Why does everyone want to convert russian orthographic from Cyrillic to Latin and nobody, virtually no one gives a damn about Hebrew and Arabic with their archaic retarded vowelless writing systems?

It's almost as annoying as people who say our beautiful language would look better in cyrillic

the way semitic languages work, vowels aren't really needed the way they are in indo-european languages. that being said, arabizi exists and is ubiquitous online.
>why ... virtually no one gives a damn
because the countries that speak those languages are completely irrelevant shitholes. russia at least has some pretense to importance. who the fuck cares about iraq?

arabic has way too many consonants for the unmodified latin script, when people had to write messages using the english alphabet as early technology didn't offer arabic support, they had to dip into the numerals to find enough characters to represent all the sounds
the use of numbers is intuitive in that the Arabic letters they represent actually look somewhat like them
7 = ุญ
3 = ุน
9 = ู‚

basic latin alphabet is also too primitive to express our complex language, that's why we use ฤ… ฤ™ รณ ล‚ ลผ ลบ ฤ‡ and a dozen of digraphs

we have vowels in our language and I literally cannot image how a language would work without them, hence my curiosity
when I hear Arabic, it does seem a bit like they skip all the vowels, but still complete gibberish to me

they skip vowels in writing, but they do get pronounced
