Why does everyone want to convert russian orthographic from Cyrillic to Latin and nobody, virtually no one gives a damn about Hebrew and Arabic with their archaic retarded vowelless writing systems?

Arabic written in Latin script is trippy. They used fucking numbers n shiet. Don't know of any language like this.

the way semitic languages work, vowels aren't really needed the way they are in indo-european languages. that being said, arabizi exists and is ubiquitous online.

arabic has way too many consonants for the unmodified latin script, when people had to write messages using the english alphabet as early technology didn't offer arabic support, they had to dip into the numerals to find enough characters to represent all the sounds
the use of numbers is intuitive in that the Arabic letters they represent actually look somewhat like them
