I think you have a deep misunderstanding of what "normie" means. A normalfag is a person who is socially successful, is extroverted, and can navigate most spheres of life just fine. Poor people can be normalfags, but normalfags tend to be the ones who get promoted to middle management in companies and corporations simply due to their willingness to please others. Bankers, economists, politicians, marketers, and psychologists tend to be absolute normalfags. Also, normalfags usually have stable marriages, but are not unlikely to have covert sexual affairs.
From my point of view, Brazil is the prime example of normiedom, and the only other countries that I know about that surpass Brazil in that regard are 1920s-1960s America, 18th century France, and the British Empire at its peak in the late 19th century and up until the signing of the Treaty of Versailles.
